Mark Rosenhaft, Ph.D.

Chief Executive Officer

Mark Rosenhaft is founder and President of Insol. He brings more than 30 years of senior leadership and entrepreneurial experience to his position, with an extensive background in sales, marketing and business development. He is also the author of more than 25 articles and publications discussing issues such as "how companies can improve the performance and security of their computer networks". Prior to founding Insol in 1991, Mark was Vice President of Sentry Chemical Company and a senior level Management Consultant for the international management consulting firm, Gemini.

Mark received a bachelor's degree from Hobart College, Geneva, New York, and a master's degree from the University of Buffalo. He received his doctorate from Michigan State University in Administration and Management.

Catherine Baird, Ph.D.

Vice President of Operations

Catherine brings more than 8 years experience in product research and development, consulting and project management to her position, with an extensive background in business process improvement, systems implementation and integration, and business applications development. Prior to Insol, Catherine held management roles at several technology startups - 180Commerce and Skyway Software - and defined the features and functionality for best-in-breed integrated supply chain solutions. Her broad understanding of front- and back-office methodologies comes from managing both large-scale supply chain systems integration projects with Fortune 500 enterprises and company-wide ERP implementation recovery and process restructuring projects with mid-size companies. Catherine obtained her Ph.D. from McGill University in Montreal where she held the Max E. Binz Scholarship.
